UPDATimes - Recently, Ferrari reportedly conducted trials at the Mugello Circuit as a form of warming up to face the F1 2020 event. In the test, Ferrari fielded two of its flagship racers, Sebastian Vettel and Charles Leclerc.

Sebastian Vettel became the first racer to get off the track by testing the Ferrari SF71H used in the 2018 season. This appearance was the first for Vettel after the preseason trial last February.

In the afternoon, the trial was continued by Charles Leclerc. However, this is not the first time for Leclerc because it had held a demonstration with SF1000 cars on the streets of Maranello, Italy.

This private test event became the official shakedown for the Ferrari team before F1 2020 was held on 5 July. In this test, the Ferrari car is also affixed with a #WeRaceAsOne sticker with the slogan of a new spirit of difference and equality in Formula 1 class.

On the other hand, Mugello, known as the host of the MotoGP class, is also rumored to have won the Formula 1 race. Seeing this, Ferrari claimed to be able to take some advantage over the test.

Due to restrictions on the number of tests on car engines this year, Ferrari brought SF71H, their 2018 season car, which is equipped with non-race tires from Pirelli. The four-time world champion gets his first chance behind the wheel in the morning session, while his team-mate from Monaco gets his turn in the afternoon session, Ferrari said via his Twitter account.
