UPDATimes - Many unique ways as a form of their appreciation for the products that become a successor of a brand. This time the extraordinary work came from the famous Lego player Riccardo Zangelmi who succeeded in wrapping the Ducati Panigale V4 R motorbike with Lego as its original size.

Zangelmi needs 15 thousand Lego bricks to make its Panigale V4 R version that resembles the original, starting from a body that has many curves because of its fairing to other details such as its tanks and windshields.

Launch Carscoops, Tuesday (06/23/2020) to compile 15 thousand pieces of Lego into a Ducati sport motorbike, he spent approximately 400 hours with his team. In the preparation of Lego they did not use glue to help glue it.

Appreciating the work of Zangelmi, Ducati's flagship racer Andrea Dovizioso said he was amazed by the hard work of the team that had built the Ducati Panigale V4 R from the Lego slab which required extra accuracy and patience.

"I am very happy because I never imagined I would have the opportunity to see a Lego motorbike like this. Almost everyone in his life has played with LEGO at least once. But making a Panigale V4 replica is extraordinary. I want to congratulate Riccardo "Zangelmi for building a version that is truly alive and detailed," said Dovizioso.

Because the Lego models are arranged similar to their actual size, the Panigale V4 R unit is fully functional, so the motor can be driven at maximum speed. Ducati wants to do it even though they are worried that Lego will fall.

Italian motorcycle manufacturer, Ducati is known to often release sport bikes with high performance and sophisticated technology.
One of them in 2018, they officially introduced the Ducati Panigale V4R sport bike.

Even so, the price of this motorbike which reached nearly one billion rupiah makes people think twice before buying it.
Although difficult to buy, at least Lego created a special replica of this Ducati-made motor sport.

The making of the Lego Ducati Panigale V4R was carried out by an artist named Riccardo Zangelmi for 4,000 hours.
This motorbike replica is composed of 15 thousand lego beams arranged in a handmade manner.

There is no glue used in making this replica motorcycle. Instead, Lego was arranged nicely so that they could connect with each other to form this replica motor.

Before it was made in the Lego version, the replica Ducati Panigale V4R had made its 3D design in a CAD application.
After finishing, the motorbike manufacturing process is done using lego red, black and light gray.
"Participating in making Lego Italia with Ducati is one of my most interesting professional projects.

"I crossed all the limits and I managed to cross the finish line together with the whole team," said Zangelmi.
The motorcycle replica was even exhibited at the Modena Circuit, Italy.

MotoGP rider Andrea Dovizioso and Ducati CEO Claudio Domenicali attended the opening ceremony of the exhibition.
